Room available at Student House in Heaton

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely four bedroom house located in Heaton, a short walk from Northumbria University.

It is currently being refurbished so will be brand new by the move in date. The house has three second year female students of Northumbria and Newcastle University; who enjoy nights out as well as staying in and cooking together. We are preferably after another female student.

It's £140 per calendar week, bills included. And the tenancy starts on 23/09/24 and runs out 29/06/25.

I'm keen to complete this tenancy takeover as soon as possible so please let know if you are interested.
