Single/ Double room in High Heaton, bills included

Hi,

I m a 33yrs old female who works in healthcare and I'm looking to rent my double bedroom and my single bedroom.

My house is located on a quiet, side street in High Heaton.

It is within:
5-10 min walk from Co-op/ Sainsbury's supermarket (Lidl is 25min walk away)
5 min walk from post office/ bus station
15 min walk from Freeman hospital
10 min walk from Jesmond dene park

The area is well connected by buses. Bus 38 is scheduled every 15 minutes and it reaches the city centre in ~10min (but may depend on traffic). The nearest bus station is within 5 min walk.
There are buses towards Tynemouth and the coast but that bus station is further (15min walk).

If you're new to the area, I can give a list of recommendations - which other towns to visit, local cafes/ restaurants, where to meet and socialise with locals/ professionals.

I do not have a driveway.
But you can street park either using the visitor permit or a second residential permit can be obtained for £75 from the council.

All bills are included in rent, no deposit is required.

I will prefer female lodgers (as I am a female myself) as well as those who are tidy and respectful. I usually clean the house by myself around once a week. The lodgers would be asked to tidy after themselves and be respectful towards the house rules.

The rooms can be rented for 6-7months untill mid April 2026. My family visits for 1 month usually between 15th April untill 15th of May every year. We usually renovate one part of the house. And unfortunately it would be too messy to have lodgers at that time.

A bit about myself, I've been sharing houses since I was 19 yrs old and I m quite easy going; I enjoy reading and I joined a bookclub, badminton sessions and I go out for coffee/ dinner. During summer, I enjoy gardening and DIY projects. I travel and hike as often as I have the chance.
