Spare room in Heaton area on a years tenancy

Due to unexpected relocation I have a spare room available in Heaton on biddlestone road. Flat is clean and furnished, ideal for students. Already has 2 student tenants who are very friendly and ideally looking for another student. Tenancy started on the 2nd of September and looking for someone to take my place for the year. Available to move in asap, deposit required after paperwork has been processed by letting agency.
