Tenancy takeover

I’m looking for someone to move in and take over my tenancy asap. Unfortunately it is no longer working for me, however is a lovely flat.

2 bed flat in heaton/sandyford. Walking distance to Northumbria city campus and got close amenities as well as on the number 1 bus route.

Large bedroom with a double bed, chest of draws and built in wardrobe/ cupboard. Freshly decorated and nice and bright. Shared back yard with non permit holders parking at front as well as parking along the back lane. Bills aren’t included and already pre agreed and rent is paid termly.
