Single Room Available in Heaton

We are 3 friends living together in a 3 BHK with a shared living area. Unfortunately, I have to move and so I am looking for a replacement for my room.

It’s a beautiful single room, with a big window with ample natural light in the room. The room is furnished with double bed and a wardrobe. The bed is new, it was bought by the landlord in July this year.

The rent is £340 per month, and the house has all amenities like washer, dryer, TV in the shared living room, air fryer, hob, oven.
Bills come to around £110 pppm. Can be a little bit more during winters. This includes, water, electricity, gas, council tax, and full fibre 900 mbps broadband.

There is one washroom that you will be sharing with the other two flatmates. But they have very different work schedules so I have never found it difficult waiting for the washroom.

The location is really optimal, Sainsbury is a 2 min walk, tesco is 4 mins walk. There is a mix of cafés, restaurants, pubs 2 mins away. The bus stops are also 1 min walk and have good frequency. The city centre is 15 mins bus ride. Metro station is a 10 min walk as well.

Your new flatmates are very kind, understanding and sociable people. They are both professionals who love to travel and are amazing cooks.

The room is available from 25th November. It can be negotiated.

You will need a Guarantor and proof of employment. The landlord lives out but is very responsive, and helpful.
