room for rent on cardigan terrace in heaton Newcastle. 4 girls currently live in the house and I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy due to personal reasons. The house has 3 floors, 5 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a shared kitchen and living room with an outdoor garden/space. All bills are included in the £137 a week price. The house is near plenty of corner shops, sainsburys, Morrisons and has a bus stop at the end of the street which takes 7 mins to get to Northumbria university.
