My name’s Michael, I work at sea onboard a yacht, so I don’t spend much time at the property. While I’m away, my younger brother Andrew stays in my room, and the other room is rented out to a friend (female). Both current occupants are friendly and respectful young professionals working in central Newcastle.

The flat has a warm, homely feel and is furnished to a high standard. The available room was fully refurbished just six months ago, offering a fresh and comfortable space for the next tenant.

Included in the monthly rent are the following bills:

• Gas and electric
• Water
• Council tax

You’ll have full access to the shared kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge, 4-ring gas hob, oven, air fryer, microwave, washing machine, rice cooker, kettle, and toaster. The living room also features a 65” TV for everyone to enjoy.

Additional details:
• Rent is to be paid on the last day of the month, in advance, for the upcoming month.
• A minimum rental period of 6 months is required.
