My name’s Michael, I work at sea onboard a yacht, so I don’t spend much time at the property. While I’m away, my younger brother Andrew stays in my room, and the other room is rented out. Both current occupants are friendly and respectful young professionals working in central Newcastle.

The flat has a warm, homely feel and is furnished to a high standard. The available room was fully refurbished just six months ago, offering a fresh and comfortable space for the next tenant.

Included in the monthly rent are the following bills:

• Gas and electric
• Water
• Council tax

You’ll have full access to the shared kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge, 4-ring gas hob, oven, air fryer, microwave, washing machine, rice cooker, kettle, and toaster. The living room also features a 65” TV for everyone to enjoy.

Additional details:
• Rent is to be paid on the last day of the month, in advance, for the upcoming month.
• A minimum rental period of 6 months is required.
