Room to let in peaceful flat

I have a room in my 2 bed flat available to let. I've worked to make the flat warm and welcoming, it's a peaceful space, shared by my little furry friend (cat), Indie.
I am seeking for someone who will treat the space and each other with respect. Anyone living here would also need to be pet friendly. I like to socialise and chill out of an evening but also will respect personal space. I typically work standard hours, in the evenings I like to cook, go to the gym or for a run and relax.
The room currently has a single bed that pulls out into a double. Has a chest of drawers and clothes rail, under bed drawers and shelves. The flat has a new bathroom, kitchen with breakfast bar, and living room with comfy seating. There's a small back garden with some dining furniture. It's a quiet residential area, close to a gym, Sainsbury's, bars and cafes in Heaton and easy transport into town.
