Spaceous Room Next To Heaton Park Now Available!

Spacious room in Heaton, located right next to Heaton Park as well as the number 1 bus stop. It's a great location with lots of interesting cafes and pubs dotted about. A lot of art students live in the area, as well as two who are staying in the house, the other students study data science and English. It's quite a creative set of tenants, so I am looking for someone to take my room who wouldn't mind it if the living room had to momentarily become a film set or something. All the current tenants are warm and welcoming and I have loved living with them. As they are predominantly female I have agreed to subletting my room to girls only.
