Double bed room in a 6 bed house in heaton!

Hi, I'm going on an exchange in april so am keen to sublet my room from then till september where ill be back for last year of uni! The room of course will be completely cleared of my things, leaving double bed, desk and chair, mirror, wardrobe and draws. Nice big window looking out onto patio. Share the house with 5 other lovely girls, we all study art! Very friendly, and chill, keeps the house clean and wholesome. 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets! nice big kitchen and living room space! :)
