Double room in Heaton Flat

Hello! My flatmate is moving out in late July so I am looking for someone to move in by August 1st for a 12-month contract.

This is a bottom-floor flat in Heaton, just by Iris Brickfield Park. Chillingham Road is less than 10 minutes away on foot, to get to the city it is a 45 minute walk, 10 minute drive or 25 minute bus (the bus stop is around the corner). Chillingham Road metro station is also a 20 minute walk away. By the station, there is a retail park with a Tkmaxx, big Asda, Marks and Spencer’s, B&M etc. On-street parking is free and there are no parking restrictions. The area is a mix of students of all ages, families and young professionals

The room available has a double bed and mattress included, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The flat is cosy and safe and there is a large back garden. .

Bills:
Monthly rent to be paid 1st of every month is £450.

Electric and heating usually come to £60 each a month.

Water bill £22 each a month.
