Double room for rent, 3 months

We have a room to rent on Chilligham road, it’s a very short walk to the a bus into town and a short walk to the metro. It’s very close to the Tesco and all of the great places in Heaton. We do have two different rooms available and couples or a pair of friends are welcome if willing to take the two tenancies going. Two of us are moving out so it’ll just be the one flatmate already existing and whoever else takes the second bedroom. Small dog or cat welcome, there is one in the house but she will be moving with us. Council band A, all other bills including gas, electric, water, wifi and tv licence are £112 on top of rent each month! If you’re interested just shoot us a message! :)
