Looking for a new housemate to move in. The house is based in the centre of Heaton, within 5 min walking distance from shops, parks and 15 min walk to the metro and Newcastle town. The contract finishes March 2026, however can be extended if needed. The bills package includes Electricity, Gas, Tv license, Broadband which also includes 24/7 wellbeing support is set at £28 per week and is set as direct debit with monthly payments. We are looking for an individual who will mix into the house, clean, likes a laugh and who loves a night in and out. We are currently students at Sunderland University, so ideally looking for a student, however if not, we are happy to adjust and welcome you into the house. The double bedroom is based at the front of the 2nd floor of the house at the front. The bedroom is fully furnished and includes: Double bed, mattress, chest of draws, table, chair, wardrobe and a bed side unit. The bedroom has its individual en-suite. We have a communal Kitchen and a joined dining room and lounge. There is plenty of storage cupboards around the house and plenty room in the kitchen.
