There is a good sized kitchen that opens out on to the garden (dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen). The separate living room has bay windows out to the driveway.

There are some plants that are in the flat - would be great to have people in who are on board for watering!
The local area is amazing - new cafes seem to open all the time. From the flat you’re about 25 mins walk from Northumberland street, 15ish mins walk from Ouseburn for bars, pubs and restaurants, and 25-30 mins walk from Jesmond, through the dean. Backing on to the park is great - there are always birds busy on the back fence (which is a nice piece of calm away from the city!).
Couples are preferred and note the rent doesn’t include bills or council tax.
