1 bed in heaton

hi, looking for someone to fill our flatmates room come September !
its a late September move in date but ,right be flexible as he has bought his own house and could potentially move out early :)

the letting agents are really nice and we've never had an issue with getting anything fixed. you will however have to provide references for them and prove income.

both me and the other flatmate are creatives, one a tattoo artist and merchandiser and myself an artist and technician. both of us are veggie and cook a lot together sharing the shopping cost. very much like a chilled evening in and a trip to the beach.

there is the potential for another room to become available but we're not sure on the dates yet.

bills, council tax etc usually come to shy of £400 over all including rent.

I am away on holiday till mid august I will reply when I am back
