The House:
Bright double room 🌞
Shared spare room (for guests/ extra storage)
Main bathroom + separate shower & toilet
Rent: £566/month + bills
We’re After Someone Who’s:
Clean & sociable
22–30 years old
Up for cooking together sometimes, joining us for the occasional pint in Ouseburn 🍺, or a pub quiz (but also values personal space).
Note: We need to sign before 25 July and you need to be able to pay one month's rent up front. Viewings availble next Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
