Furnished room with a double bed, plus a second room ideal for use as a home office or creative space.

The house is on Warwick Street in Heaton, right by the entrance to Heaton Park. A short walk to great local spots like Zees and Heaton Perk, and just 7 minutes on foot to Morrisons.

Bills come to £155 per person per month, covering council tax, gas/electric, water, Wi-Fi, and shared household essentials (toilet roll, cleaning products etc – all managed through a communal kitty).

You’d be living with three friendly housemates – all guys aged 28–30. An artist, a graphic designer and an escape room expert. It’s a sociable house but chill – we enjoy watching TV together, heading to the pub, board games, and the occasional roast dinner.

The lease runs for a year from 7th August, but the room’s available from 20th July if you need to move sooner (you’d just cover the difference in rent from your move-in date to the 7th).
