The house is on Warwick Street in Heaton, right by the entrance to Heaton Park. A short walk to great local spots like Zees and Heaton Perk, and just 7 minutes on foot to Morrisons.

Bills come to £155 per person per month, covering council tax, gas/electric, water, Wi-Fi, and shared household essentials.

You’d be living with three friendly housemates – at the moment we’re all guys aged 30–32. Two of us are moving out though so i can’t comment on one of the possible housemates, but if you’ve got a pal there are actually two rooms available. It’s a sociable house but pretty chill, we’re often pretty busy with work and all that fun stuff.

The lease runs for a year from 7th August, but i can move out sooner or later than that we’d just need to do some maths to work out how we’d share the rent for the month that we change over.
