We're looking for a friendly, clean, sociable flatmate to form a house of 3, moving in for August 11th!
The house consists of Jed, (me) 21 who works at M&S Newcastle full-time (for now) and Nathan, 25 who works as a Teacher full-time. We can be very active but also enjoy quieter hobbies too - we're both into hiking, sports and fitness, but also enjoy reading, history, gaming, nerding out and going to the pubs on a weekend.
We're more than happy to socialise and make new friends but if you just want a place to live and politely do your own thing, that's also fine by us.
The property is a ground floor flat on Heaton Road - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, shared kitchen/living area and highly modern. Photos have also been attached for your viewing pleasure.
It is also very close to a local Sainsburys and just a 5 minute walk to a big Morrisons!
Utilities aren’t included but if they were, it would be no more than £550pcm! The property is also in Council Band A, so we’d be paying the cheapest council tax! (If you’re a working professional that is)
