Tenancy takeover for a room in Heaton flat

Due to personal commitments, I’m sadly having to leave this recently moved into flat, to move to North Shields. The contract is till 08/06/26 (~9 months), so it would suit a young professional looking for a long term place. The place is available from mid September, but open to early October starts.

You’ll be sharing with Kell. He’s 24, and recently registered as a pharmacist moving up from South Wales. He’s pretty relaxed, follows the rugby and is up at Edinburgh quite a bit as his girlfriend lives there. He’s generally after someone that can be good with the upkeep of the place, but generally someone who is open to hanging out but also understands when someone needs to be a hermit from time to time.

Bills around £160-£180 including council tax (Band A).

Deposit is £595, but it won’t let me put that for some reason, and you will need referencing with the estate agents.
