The current household is 3 females and 1 male – we’re a mix of professionals and students between 22-25. We’re all friendly with one another and would like someone who also likes to stop and chat when we run into each other!

The room itself has a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, side table, a 27” wall-mounted TV and two roof windows with blackout blinds.

There are two bathrooms, and the upstairs one which will be next to your bedroom has a shower bath. There’s a 40-inch smart TV in the living room, and superfast Virgin broadband.

The location is really great, right next to a park and community centre and just a few minutes walk from Chillingham Road. Plenty of smaller supermarkets within 5 mins walk, and big shops roughly 15 mins walk away too.

There’s free parking along the street if you have a car, and we have a private backyard too which admittedly could do with a bit of TLC if you enjoy gardening!

You don’t have to be a UK national but will need to have permission to live and work here with a UK guarantor.
