Your en-suite includes a luxury power shower, sink, vanity unit with above fitted mirror, toilet, and chrome-heated towel radiator.

This room is a turnkey, fully bills inclusive package, so you only pay a fixed fee of £500 per month. One fixed fee that covers Rent, Gas, Electric, Water, TV License, Council Tax, Super-fast 350mb Broadband Internet, Sky Television and a fortnightly Cleaner.

French doors from the Living Room lead out to a landscaped & enclosed rear yard with table and chairs, 2 recliners and a BBQ, perfect for relaxing during those warmer months! There is also a cycle park which is ideal for those who have a bike.

We offer a unique service whereby for an extra monthly fee, you can have your bedroom and/or en-suite professionally cleaned or even add items including Extra Furnishing, an LED Flat-screen TV, DVD Player, Kitchen Utensils, a Compliment of Cutlery and Crockery, Bed Linen or Towels.

The Finer Details

- 25% holding fee to secure your space which is deducted from the 1st months’ rent

- Deposit: Equivalent to one month’s rent, registered with The Deposit Service (TDS)

- Optional Deposit Replacement Scheme: Reduced cost of equivalent to 1 weeks rent available
