I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a room in a shared 5-bed, 5-bath house in Heaton as I need to move home for family reasons.
My flatmates are 4, friendly, 4th-year medical students at the University of Sunderland. They are very easy to get along with and are respectful to other flatmates.
There is a toilet/ensuite for every bedroom and a shared living area and kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine.
The rent for the first month (September) has already been paid so a potential tenant would only need to pay for 11 months + deposit.
Tenant needs to be able to provide a UK guarantor.
As all tenants will be students, house is exempt from paying council tax.
