Top floor bedroom in Heaton, Newcastle.

Looking for a Northumbria or Newcastle University Student to take over my tenancy in September. The room is on the top floor of the house, fitted with a skylight which makes it the brightest room in the house, with lots of natural light through the room all through the day. The room has 2 wardrobes and a chest of drawers along with drawers on the bed frame, so storage is no issue for an overpacker! You would be living with 5 other friendly students who are all welcoming people, comfortable to be around and conscious about cleanliness. With these housemates, there is a shared living room with a 72” TV, and lots of seating space. The kitchen, fitted with all appliances, including a dishwasher, has space in cupboards, fridge and freezer for a new tenant, not to forget the washing machine and dryer in the house too outside the 2 1/2 bathrooms. The house is opposite Heaton Park, with green scenery all around the house and the area is lovely in all seasons. It’s a 20/25 minute walk from the city centre and the universities, and a 5-10 minute bus journey, which for a Northumbria student, would be on the Number 1 bus (a service that runs between city campus and coach lane)
