House is very nicely decorated with nice and friendly housemates .
Rent is very cheap £580 including bills - rent can also be paid in installments 3x a year each installment is for 4 months of rent . The first installment has been mostly paid for by me only the month of October remains . This means that you will only be paying around £580 until the next installment in January .
There’s free parking everywhere , room is a double room and house is in a generally nice area close to both uni and lots of shops
Also I can’t find a picture of my room so I’ve included a picture of another room in the house since they are pretty similar - all furniture is the same in each room
