Homey terraced house

Its a large attic room with plenty of storage space, living and dining room, kitchen, office space perfect for wfh professional, a spacious yard and free parking on the street (I’ve never had an issue finding a space close to the house). You would basically have your own bathroom as my room has a small en-suite. See pics. Availability for this room ASAP but likely 1st November because of contract reasons. Current contract until June 2026 although this is likely to extend as landlords currently travelling in SE Asia/AUS/NZ for the forceable. Council tax band: B.

A bit about me: I’m an environmental surveyor and I work between offshore and some time at home wfh (I don’t use the office space). I like a very easy going comfortable life going to cafes, walks and going to the beach as well as an occasional night out or sit in a pub.
