I have a room that I need the tenancy taking over at the bridge student accommodation. it is a 5 minute walk to Northumbria university and a 10 minute walk to Newcastle university! It is a lovely 11-14m2 modern spacious room with a double bed, balcony, desk, under bed storage, wardrobe, en-suite, modern and large kitchen/lounge with a balcony shared space! It is shared with 5 other girls who are all very kind and sociable. The accommodation comes with a lovely social area including relaxing seating, cinema room and a table tennis table. It is £213 a week and the contract ends on 18/07/25 so a whole academic year still worth of accommodation! I you would like any more information please just contact me?
