Double room available in a friendly 7-Bedroom house in Heaton.

Hello!

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a double room in a large terraced house in Heaton. The house has 7 spacious bedrooms, two shared bathrooms plus an extra WC, and a large kitchen and living area.

You’ll be sharing with a mixed group of 20 to 27 year-old students (both undergraduate and postgraduate students) who are all very friendly, easy-going, and respectful of each other's space.

Bills are not included in the rent, but they average around £40–£50 per month (gas, electricity, water, and internet) depending on usage.
