Double room available in a 7-bedroom shared house in Heaton — ideal for university students

The house has seven spacious bedrooms, two shared bathrooms plus an extra WC, and a large kitchen and living area.

You’ll be sharing with a mixed group of 20 to 27 year-old students (both undergraduate and postgraduate) who are all very friendly, easy-going, and respectful of each other's space.

Bills: Not included in the rent, but they average around £40–£50 per month (gas, electricity, water, and internet, depending on usage).
