I have lived in this flat for the past 5 years and have had no problems with it - just moving out of the area and sad to be leaving it! Decent sized double room with ensuite in a furnished flat with a spacious shared living room, and modern kitchen (with kitchen island!!) There is a balcony attached to the kitchen with a small table and 2 chairs on it, plenty of room for some plants too. For what you get, it's a really good deal!

The current flatmate in the property is Michael who moved in in September, who is a 34 year old professional male. This is a first floor secure flat, with super friendly neighbours below and above us - both professional women, we all look out for each other!! The property has recently been taken over by Pat Robson who have been great to rent from.

It's a conveniently located area (Heaton Road in Heaton) and is only around a 30 minute walk to the centre - more than happy for you to reach out to come for a viewing, or have a call for more information! :)

Around a 10 minute walk to Heaton Park, and 5 minutes to the shops, bars and amenities on Heaton Road, around the same to Shields Road! Takes about 15 minutes to walk to Ouseburn as well!
