moderate-sized bedroom in a shared house with a recently furnished bathroom. it’s ideal for someone who enjoys a friendly and communal atmosphere. The sooner you can move in the better! We had a housemate that was meant to move it but it fell through.

The Shared Living Space:
Spacious living room – it’s looking pretty bare atm but that’s just because the previous tenant mostly decorated it so feel free to help fill the space!!
Rear yard outside with plenty of space

15 minutes to the heart of town and Chilli Road- easy access to everything you need
Loads of local transport links nearby and jesmond metro is only 15 minute walk away.

I am a active person, enjoying spend as much time, going for runs and long walks, climbing and going to the gym when I can but also enjoy a quiet night in listening to some music, reading or just chilling with some video games. I’m currently a teacher which means I’m out most days, with weekends and holidays off and a beach lifeguard when the summer comes so I’m out most days.

The other housemate is pretty much into the same stuff but we share a huge passion for football and music so we often go to matches and gigs together but he works as a assistant cameraman so is away most weekends.
