Room in professional house share with one other

I’m advertising a room to rent in my 3-bed upstairs Tyneside flat, with all bills included.

The room itself is spacious with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and lots of space for storage under the bed. Can get a small desk too if needed.

The rest of the flat is homely and spacious. It’s laid out that there are two living rooms, so the tenant would mostly have one to themselves (the one with the TV and fire!).

If you don’t know Heaton, it’s got a lot going on, and there are pubs, bars, shops, supermarkets all close by! Walking distance to town and good bus links too. There’s free on-street parking as well.

About me: I work 9-5 in the city centre and at least one day a week from home. Otherwise, I’m generally out and about a lot, either out running, swimming, socialising or away doing something outdoorsy over the weekend. I spend a couple of nights a week at my partners’ house, and they are also over max 2 nights a week too.

I’m vegetarian and I like cooking, but mostly do batch cooking, leaving the kitchen free for the tenant most of the time.

Looking for someone who’s like minded, chilled and will keep the place tidy too!
