Spacious room on the ground floor of a sociable 6 bedroom house. I'm changing career and city and very sad to leave these lot.

Quick bus journey or walk into town, right next to heaton park, and a 5 min walk to ouseburn.

House has dish washer, washing machine, 2 showers, 2 toilets, and bills, wifi, council tax included

Looking for someone who gets along with people and will fit into the house well.

Before signing it is required to meet with the current housemates over video call or preferably in person.

As a house we go the the pub, the local sunday markets, play board games, and do many other things together
