Room in Heaton

Small room in Heaton available from the end of January. Great location! Right next to Heaton park and Jesmond dene, 20 minute walk to the city centre, 5 minute walk from nearest supermarket, and close to local shops for quick winter dashes!

My mate is leaving to head home after a great 6 months in holmside heaven. His tenancy may have been short lived but his time here was well loved and he stated that he is “devastated to be leaving”
The house is a 6 person house currently 2 boys and 4 girls all in our mid to late 20’s. We are all sociable and hang out together sometimes cooking meals together and going out to the pub or even Ceileigh’s! We also all enjoy outdoor activities and head to the beach for spontaneous swims or sometimes ride through the stunning rolling green hills of Northumbria. But amongst all the fun we have as a house we also respect each other’s down time and own spaces.

So if your lowkey but fun and welcoming place to live weather your travelling from another city or country, or just from another suburb this is the house for you :)
