I’m looking for a lovely new flatmate for a spacious 2-bed in Heaton.

The flat:
* Double bedroom at the back of the flat (nice and quiet!)
* Plus a separate extra room at the front (included in your rent); perfect for working from home, a creative studio space, or general “close the door and decompress from the world” activities
* Bright and roomy living space, with a good-sized kitchen and bathroom
* Cute yard with outdoor storage (ideal if you have a bike or like to garden) which gets the sun during the day and would be lush for a BBQ when it’s not super cold lol
* On-street parking for anyone who drives and nearby parking for visitors
* Brilliant transport links: buses every 10 mins or so into town and to the coast, and a quick 10-minute walk to the Metro
* A hands-on but respectful landlord who is really good at getting things fixed or sorted quickly
* Council Tax Band A

💸 Rent: £600 per person, per month
🔌 Bills: Usually around £200 per person per month in colder months, and roughly £150–175 otherwise
🐶 Pets: Unfortunately, no pets are allowed
🚬 Smoking: No smokers either!

About me:
* I’m 28 and work for the ambulance service (no shift working however so you won’t be woken up in the middle of the night!) 🚑
* Pretty chill at home; quiet weekdays, always down for cosy nights in with snacks, have a network of pals who live in and around the area who sometimes drop in (all very lovely and respectful)
* Into reading (I have ran a book club for three years and the girls can provide glowing references), DnD, World of Warcraft, and a healthy dose of Taylor Swift and alternative music (Swemos assemble)
* A flexitarian… don’t eat meat often but do on occasion (something to consider if you’re a veggie/vegan or eat halal/kosher)
* Non-religious but respectful of all backgrounds - alcohol is in the home and male visitors are also welcome
* LGBTQ+ friendly (I am bisexual!)

Looking for someone who:
* Wants a friendly, relaxed home rather than just a place to crash
* Is clean, considerate, and enjoys the odd chat/cuppa
