Double room available in three bed upper Tyneside flat. I am working in Middlesbrough at the moment so I am not at the flat during the week/some weekends. Recently refurbished. Looking for someone who is a professional, clean and tidy, who wants a nice space to relax/call home. Plentiful on street parking. Ideally located close to the coast road and a short walk into Heaton centre. Flat consists of shared garden, kitchen, lounge/dining room, toilet and separate bathroom, large front bedroom (this is the one that is available) and home office for you to use if desired.
