Current occupants are 4 lovely girls, all students and all incredibly friendly. House includes a shared living room, and two bathrooms. One full bathroom, a shower room and a separate w/c. Very comfortable and clean home and has all been recently re-carpeted. There is an outdoor yard which we have made our own with garden furniture and a bbq! We all love to cook and tend to always sit in the living room chatting or watching films etc. All the girls are incredibly chatty and welcoming. End of tenancy is 26th August, parking available.
