Looking for a girl who's a student to move into this room and takeover the tenancy and share with x4 3rd year student girls. Available from now-end of August 2026.

Especially great for international students because two of four students are international. Everyone speaks fluent English around the house, but Greek, Hindi and Japanese are also spoken.

20min walk to Northumbria Uni and 25min walk to Newcastle Uni.
Transport: Bus route 1, 32, 32A (get to either uni in 15mins), space to lock up bike in secure yard, space to park car behind house, 2min walk to nearest orange Neuron e-scooters.
Shops nearby: walk 2 mins to Sid's Corner shop, 8min walk to tescos and pharmacy and subway, 15min walk to Morrisons.
Greenary: City Stadium Park 5min walk, Heaton park entrance 7min walk.
