Hi,

My name's Jed, and I'm moving out of this 4 bed houseshare to live with my partner. I'm looking for someone to take over my contract when I move.

(Move in date is Feb 8th. Can be flexible)

The house is a large detached house in Heaton. It's by the park and right next to the no.1 bus stop. It has a large shared living room and a stunning kitchen with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, a brand new fridge-freezer and two ovens. There are two large bathrooms. It also has two out door spaces, a small back yard and a larger side yard that can be used for parking. A spacious landing area adjacent to the hallway is used to hang washing. Under stair storage is also available.

The room for let is the largest bedroom in the house - a ground floor double room with polished wooden flooring, high ceiling and windows (including a three-pane bay window) and plenty of space. Great for any professional that works from home. The WiFi is good and can be cabled if needed. The housemates have two routers to boost the signal across the house.

The house mates are all working professionals. This is a friendly house and we are looking for tenants who will enjoy living here. The house regularly watches movies together, plays boardgames and other activities.

Bills are collectively put into one account which is used to pay all accounts on the 26th of the month. It is a regular amount of £155, which covers council tax (band B), WiFi, water, gas and electricity. This money is also used to fairly purchase regular cleaning supplies. Any excess money is returned.

The contract is from Feb 2026 to August 2027, but can be flexible after signing.
