Both rooms are spacious with ample room for a desk, wardrobe, clothes rails and double beds with mattresses. They also both have access to a comfortable living room, Kitchen and Bathroom, with a south-facing backyard and private rear-end entrance.

Viewings are available all days on weekends, or after 4pm Weekdays

The location of the property is within 5 minute walks of Chillingham road, bus stops, and food shops. As well as a 10 minute walk to Chillingham road Metro.


We are students so there is no council tax to pay.
Security deposit is £400 and Utility bills are not included.
