Room available in amazing share house in Heaton

As I have been offered a job abroad, I have had to make the very difficult decision to leave this beautiful Holmside home in very short notice.

I am looking for someone who is looking for a room that is only currently available until the end of July. But with the possibility to extend the lease if you wish. The room will be available from mid April, but completely open to discussion.

You Would be living with 5 other housemates, all amazing people, all love to hang out together, cooking together, going to the pub, climbing, running, and games nights. Although we all love to hang out, we are also all very respectful of each other’s personal spaces and schedules, as we all can have quite different working hours, and life styles. But when you move into this house you will quickly find that you’ve moved into a house that feels like a family.

The house has a small front garden, lovely in summer with hours of sun. There are 3 bathrooms two of which have showers.
A decent sized kitchen, very equiped with enough cooking utensils that we use communally, and plenty of fridge and cupboard space for everyone.
We also have a small backyard/ courtyard that has a bike shed big enough to store everyone’s bikes.
We are in a great location, a 5 minute walk from a Morrisons, and a short walk away from a Sainsbury local to top up on some basic items if you need them. Or get some evening snacks. There is also Heaton road and chillingham road nearby with plenty of cafes and bars to explore.

It is about a 30 minute walk into town, but with a bike it takes about 10 minutes. Also close to the metro and other public transport. And about a 15 minute walk to Ousebourne.
