This is a lovely four bedroom house share, ideal for friendly young professionals!

The rooms come with a double bed, chest of drawers, a wardrobe.

This is an unfurnished house when was initially rented but we all flat mate bought the furniture at our own expense and setup all rooms.

The house has a lovely kitchen, spacious living area.

The rent doesn’t includes: Council tax, Water rates, and Broadband, Gas and Electricity.
The bills are owner by each one of us and split across tenants which is roughly £100-125 per person per month.

There are currently 1 girl and 2 boys living here, all young professionals.

Taking the rooms will be subject to checks, by agency and landlord.
