Three rooms available

Three rooms are available in our sociable seven-bed Heaton house share. The house has a spacious kitchen, separate dining room and a large living room. We have two WCs and two baths/showers. There is also space for indoor bicycle storage.

Bills are included in the rent including council tax (band D)!

The three rooms available are:

Room 1. Medium 1st floor room - £468/month
Room 2. Small 2nd floor room + cupboard for storage + office room - £446/month
Room 3. Medium 2nd floor room top floor - £468/month

Rooms come furnished with double beds. Room 2 on the top floor has a desk and chair in the office room located on the same floor.

Ideally, our new housemates would be:

- 25+ years old
- no students unfortunately
- Sociable, clean and tidy, and happy to chip in with keeping the house running
- Up for the occasional house party (i. e. birthdays), but not into regular partying at home as we all work.
- Keen to get to know the housemates and contribute to a friendly, respectful atmosphere
