Looking for someone to fill spare room in Heaton

Preferably another female young professional aged 21-26 🫶🏼 Double bedroom, shared living room and kitchen with free parking and private garden.
Looking to charge £500 pcm (excluding bills).

I work in marketing as a post-production editor so I’m creative and in my spare time I love to cook, go on runs, watch films and catch up with the girls!
I’d like to live with someone who is tidy and respectful, is likeminded and loves a mix of socialising and time to ourselves. I’d like to find a friend as well as just a house mate :)

Ideally looking for a flatmate from Mid July but can be flexible for the right fit. I’m redecorating the kitchen & my room atm so no sooner than July.
