Hi I’m currently the tenant and will likely be living here for another year, I’m 25, a full time Midwife, I love to be outdoors and socialising as much as possible. The flat is lovely, has lots of natural light as it’s a roof apartment, fully furnished, and modern interior, it’s a shared bathroom with a bath and shower, has all white goods including laundry, ideal location with free on street parking and is walkable distance to popular bars/ pubs/ restaurants/ and local shops. I’m looking for someone a similar age, who will be comfortable in the shared space and possibly to go to local events together, as well as someone who can respect the flat, lgbtq+ friendly please :) (please note the tenant moving out has cats which will be moving out with her- the date of 1st sept can be brought forward earlier if you need)
