I am looking for someone to take the second bedroom in the flat i am renting! I love this flat and would hate to have to move out, it's in a perfect location and is ideal for anyone wanting to move to Heaton but still be in walking distance from town and Chilly road! It is right next to the entrance to Heaton Park and in between Heaton Road and Heaton Park Road.

First of all, the current rent is £512.50 but that is likely to go up when this new contract is signed, so the amount on the ad is a guestimate.

I am looking for a mid to late twenties/early thirties professional who is Queer friendly.

The letting agent has confirmed to me that the new tenant will need a guarantor.

council tax is band A, and bills come to about £200.
