Double room in Heaton

I have a lovely light, spacious room available in my house. It is fully furnished with comfortable double bed, wardrobe, drawers etc and I have just finished decorating so it is nice and clean and tidy. The rent is fully inclusive of bills and broadband. The bathroom and kitchen are are a little small, but work perfectly! (There is a shower over the bath.) Newcastle centre is a short bus ride from the end of the street, and we are a few minutes from Chillingham Road and Heaton Road with all of the lovely cafes, shops and buses. The beautiful Heaton Park is just two minutes away. It is a lovely big house, with a pretty garden. I enjoy socialising and am friendly and outgoing. I would adjust the rent for someone using the room for part of the week. If this sounds like you please contact me or more information.
