Room to Rent in Lovely 2Bed Flat

Hello!

The room available is a medium sized double. Its an upper flat, really nicely done out and the bathroom in particular is gorgeous! The rent is inclusive of all bills, Virgin installed so have phone, tv and internet etc. My current flatmate has had to move out as hes lost his job unfortunately :( I'm a student nurse but i'm happy for profs to move in, although you would be responsible for the council tax. I'm a very easy going housemate, like a good laugh, nights out and in, the usual really!
