Hi,

We are looking for a new female to join our 4 bed house share in Heaton. Looking to share with other like minded professional females. We are a social household, we like to spend time together as well as with our own separate friends. We are looking for someone who likes to socialise with us , chats after work over vino or a cuppa. We aren’t looking for someone who is just looking for a room in a house-share, we are looking for someone who is sociable.

The rent is inclusive of bills including broadband & Tv package. We have a cleaner to keep on top of the cleaning in the communal areas..
The house also benefits from having a spare room for laundry drying and has in recent months had a new kitchen fitted by our lovely landlord. :-)

The room that is available is a cosy double. It is furnished with mirrored double wardrobe and a chest of drawers, the room also benefits from having under bed storage.

There is a small back yard, that is glorious in the sunshine and ideal for bbqs (proper sun trap) and it can also be used for bike storage.

There is free on-street parking outside our home. We live on a quiet street where there is always parking spaces available. No need to fight for a space or squeeze into tiny spaces!

The house is in close proximity to local bus stops, metro station and shops, Tesco, Sainsburys Boots, hairdressers, pubs, cafes and wine bars.

It takes maximum 10 mins to get to town by car and about the same on the bus
