The very spacious three storey house will have a total of four tenants, currently three friendly professional tenants (one female, two males).

The house is 5 minutes from two Metro stations, a stone's throw from a direct bus route into Newcastle, and close to the coast road and central motorways for access by car (free on-street parking is also available).

The house is also very handily just around the corner from a local Sainsbury's supermarket.

THE HOUSE:

The very spacious house was fully refurbished by myself a few years ago to a very high standard (fully redecorated, floors re-carpeted or stripped wood, new shower rooms, new kitchen), and is very comfortable and homely.

House benefits from huge shared living room, shared dining room, two big shower rooms (so you will only share a bathroom with one other tenant).

Very fast internet and large virgin TV package up and running.

BILLS:

To keep bills really simple for my tenants I collect a set amount from each person (currently £75 per month) which covers all bills (utility bill costs can vary based on high usage).

VIEWINGS:

FaceTime / video viewings can be easily arranged for you to see the entire house and meet the tenants.
