We have one room available in our 3 bedroom house.

The house is situated between Chillingham and Heaton road. Many shops (ASDA, Morrisons, Sainsburys and local grocery shops), cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to the metro station (5 min walk) and to direct buses to town. Ideal area to cycle, as there are many small roads on way to the city centre, with a cycle path in the park.

The property is fully furnished and has 3 rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room and 1 kitchen. A backyard to park bicycles and enjoy barbecues in the summer is also available. The house has very good features, such as an electrical shower, double glazed windows, gas powered central heating and virgin media internet with 100mb fibre.

This is a non-smoking and no partying house, ideal for mature students and young professionals who are tidy and friendly. The current occupants are professionals, mixed genders.

The contract is either for six months or one year, 280 pounds per month, bills not included.
