The house has been refurbished recently to a very high standard, and is HMO regulation approved by Newcastle City Council including fire detection and fire safety doors in every room including all of the bedrooms.

Modern furniture and fittings are provided throughout. The room available includes a double bed, wardrobe, desk, tall set of drawers, and bookcase.

There is a very large communal living room with 2 large very comfortable sofas. The dining area/kitchen is very large comprising of 2 inter-connecting rooms to form a single kitchen/diner, and this has 2 tall fridge/freezers, under-bench fridge, twin oven gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave.

Heating and hot-water are by gas central heating with a very efficient new combi-gas boiler installed in 2017 providing hot water 24/7.

The main bathroom has a large bath, shower over the bath, washbasin and WC, and there is also a new separate shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and a second WC.

The house has recently installed high specification double glazing throughout. A house alarm is provided.

The house is situated in quiet area of Heaton and there is free on street parking (no permits being required). It is only 2 mins walk from the main street where there is a very good selection of shops. The nearest Metro Station (Chillingham Road) is 5 mins walk.

The house will suit a young professional. Sorry but I do not take first time students. A reference will be required. I maintain an even mix of male and female housemates in the house.
